My name is James McKeever. Raised in the UK I was educated in a Christian high school with a Jewish upbringing at home giving me a unique understanding of both old and new testaments. I then studied philosophy at university before coming to Israel and joining the army to serve in the infantry. I worked as a fisherman on the Sea of ​​Galilee for my kibbutz before becoming a qualified tour guide. I still live in the kibbutz, a style of community based living unique to Israel with my wife and children. Now I use my knowledge of the bible, philosophy and history to share my amazing country with others. Hiking extensively through the country gives me another unique aspect and connection to the land which I will share with you as we discover Israel together.
